At BrineGarden, we strive to provide high-quality photography tutorials, courses, and digital products. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations.
Digital Products and Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, we have the following refund policy for digital downloads, e-books, and tutorials:
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for most digital products.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction with the product.
- Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect abuse of our refund policy, such as multiple refund requests from the same customer.
Online Courses
For our online photography courses, the following refund policy applies:
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course content.
- If you have completed more than 20% but less than 50% of the course, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
- No refunds will be issued if you have completed more than 50% of the course material.
- Course bundle purchases may be refunded according to the same percentage-based guidelines, applied to the bundle as a whole.
Photography Workshops and Events
For in-person or virtual live workshops and events:
- Cancellation by Customer:
- Full refund if cancelled more than 30 days before the event
- 50% refund if cancelled 15-30 days before the event
- No refund if cancelled less than 15 days before the event
- You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost
- Cancellation by BrineGarden:
- Full refund if we cancel the event for any reason
- Option to transfer registration to a future event
Subscription Services
For our premium subscription services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period.
- If you cancel within 7 days of starting a new subscription, you may contact us for a full refund of the current billing period.
Photography Equipment and Physical Products
In the event that we sell physical products:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging and in unused condition.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.
- Defective products may be exchanged for a replacement or refunded in full, including original shipping costs.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number or receipt
- Provide the reason for your refund request
- Specify the product or service for which you are requesting a refund
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Exceptions
We may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion in certain circumstances. Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis and do not constitute a change in our overall refund policy.
Price Adjustments
If a product you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase, we may offer a partial refund for the difference in price. Please contact our customer support team to request a price adjustment.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
